The Seven Stages of Human Evolvement
by Sandra Michaelson
The seven stages involve:
(1) A declaration of our intention to heal ourselves, personally and collectively, on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels in co-creative participation with our Soul, our True Self.
Physical
We express our intention to be healed on the physical level through understanding the emotional-mental-spiritual meaning of our health problems and through the acknowledgment of our resistance to being healed.
Emotional
We express our intention to resolve our emotional issues within ourselves, as opposed to seeking some form of external salvation,
while taking responsibility for our feelings, reactions, and external issues with others and the world, and understanding that all our emotional issues consist of a mirrored reflection of our relationship with our Self. We acknowledge our attachment to our negative feelings and our resistance to letting go of old patterns.
Mental
We express our intention to perceive with clarity the truth of ourselves, others, and reality, trusting our own perceptions and intuitive knowing,
while thinking for ourselves as opposed to depending on outside authorities to determine our life course, and acknowledging how our preconceived notions and outdated beliefs create a limited view of reality.
Spiritual
We express our intention to love ourselves, our families, and all life on earth, with understanding, patience, forgiveness, and compassion, overcoming our fears of love and intimacy and forgiving ourselves for our past misinterpretations of reality. We express our intention to communicate with our Soul and openly and willingly accept non-physical reality as our true home, trusting our Soul's love, guidance, knowledge, and aligning our creative life purpose with the will of our Soul. We acknowledge our resistance and fear of becoming our True Self.
Collective
We express our intention as collective humanity to heal our emotional wounds, our prejudices, and our irrational hungers for material acquisitions, self-glorification, violence, and external protections, and we accept every life form on planet
Earth as a spark of divine essence with equal rights to be loved, nourished, and honored. We recognize the true origin of physical matter as a manifestation of God, composed of conscious light, color, and sound, and
we embrace our lives on this physical plane as an opportunity to grow in recognition and remembrance of our Divine Origin.
We ask our Soul for help and assistance in healing our physical bodies, our emotional wounds, our misinterpretations of reality, our fear of loving ourselves and expressing the love, joy, truth, creative abilities, and healing powers of our Divine Being.
(2) An acknowledgment of our attachment to self-damage.
We acknowledge our unconscious intention to sabotage our physical well-being, our emotional happiness, our creative abilities, the full expression of our truth and power, love and intimacy with ourselves and others, our spiritual yearnings, and the full expression of our True Self. We acknowledge our attachment to pain and suffering and our resistance to taking responsibility for our participation in the distressful dramas of our lives. We acknowledge our propensity to experience life and our interactions with others as deprivation, loss, getting less, feeling dominated, limited, powerless, rejected, unloved, less than, and abandoned. We recognize our resistance to receiving forgiveness, to forgiving others, and to forgiving ourselves.
We acknowledge our attachment as collective humanity to physical and emotional pain and suffering, our attachment to deprivation, starvation, loss, violence, domination, powerlessness, despair, and our resistance to forgiving ourselves for our past misinterpretations of reality and the destructive behaviors that resulted from them. We acknowledge our resistance as collective humanity to loving one another as equals, to respecting and revering life in all its multiple forms, to resolving our differences without violence, to seeing our role in our collective conflicts and problems, and to recognizing the Divine Authority that resides in each individual Soul.
We ask our Soul for help and assistance to forgive and transform our attachment to self-damage and our resistance to realizing our fullest potential.
(3) An acknowledgment of our dependence on outside factors to save us and validate us.
We acknowledge our dependency on outside factors to save us, validate us, fulfill our wants and needs, gratify our egos and elevate our worth, i.e. our dependency on money, sex, status, work, status of mate, excellence in sports, body enhancement, striving for perfection, good deeds for self-glorification, and so on. We recognize our attachment to having some outside force save us from ourselves, to rescue us from our
inclination to sabotage ourselves, to having someone else assume responsibility for our own emotions, conflicts, moral dilemmas, and to solve all our problems without any effort on our part, to make decisions for us, to validate our choices, and to dictate the direction of our lives.
We acknowledge our resistance as collective humanity to assume full responsibility for our social and cultural conflicts, rivalries, fears, corruption, violence, greed, lack of compassion for our fellow humans, disrespect for other life forms, including the whole of nature, patterns which arise from our inability to validate our own worth, on personal and collective levels.
We ask our Soul for help and assistance in learning to trust our own feelings and intuitive knowing, to become our own authorities, to validate ourselves, and to realize our true power as equal brothers and sisters in a loving, joy-filled universe in which salvation comes from embracing our Soul, our True Self.
4) An acknowledgment of our self-hatred.
We openly acknowledge our self-hatred, our self-negation, our estrangement from ourselves, our resistance to loving ourselves and nourishing and attending to our own needs. We recognize our attachment to seeing ourselves as bad, not deserving, of no value, and beyond redemption and forgiveness. We see clearly into our attachment to criticizing and reducing our creative ideas, talents, and power, and to failing to trust or believe in ourselves and our creative potential. We recognize our attachment to being powerless, helpless, and at the mercy of outside forces.
We acknowledge our rejection of the Self, our fear of being that Self, our fear and resistance to experiencing that Self as good and worthy, our fear of loving and accepting ourselves unconditionally, our fear of giving up our self-hatred, and our attachment to the emotional interpretation that transformation results in abandonment, rejection, loss, annihilation, and having to be accountable for ourselves and our lives.
We ask our Soul for help and assistance in recognizing and experiencing the magnitude of our self-hatred, in overcoming our fears of letting go of our false self, and remembering and embracing our True Self, a divine child of God.
(5) A clear understanding of the origins of our self-hatred and the false self.
We acknowledge the existence of the false self, an illusory definition of ourselves created by us in childhood as a consequence of parental and social conditioning and erroneous interpretations of our childhood reality based on ignorance. The false self represents the major repository of our self-hatred which is composed of memories of childhood emotional-physical trauma and the negation of our True Self. We grow in conscious awareness of the false self in our daily life through the acknowledgment of the following. We have:
* Adopted and absorbed as our own our parental characteristics, attributes, limitations, feelings, beliefs, self-damaging behaviors, expectations, norms, ideals, prejudices, judgments, fears, pain, suffering, self-hatred, and erroneous notions of reality.
* Adopted parental negation and repression of all feelings, positive as well as negative; regarded our feelings as bad and a sign of weakness, contributing to the notion that we are bad.
* Adopted the parental and social identification with the notion of more or less; evaluated our worth according to external criteria, resulting in false notions of ourselves as superior or inferior; given critical assessment of ourselves as never good enough.
* Adopted the tension, fear, and terror that accompanies parental opposition to the expression of our True Self, which produces resistance to being conditioned and modeled according to parental and social expression, resulting in the identification of ourselves and our survival with conflict, opposition, distrust, defensiveness, and doubt.
* Adopted our parents' negative self-sabotaging patterns, as well as their pain and suffering, concluding that this is the way life should be.
* Adopted the notion that the absence of intimate loving feelings from our parents is normal and the way we are supposed to be, resulting in suppression of our innate capacity to love and be loved. We acknowledge that our negative interpretations and associations with love and our True Self are based upon infantile fears and erroneous childhood perceptions, particularly the belief that in order to be loved by our parents we have to obliterate our True Self.
We acknowledge our resistance to shedding our false self and embracing our True Self, based on our fear and terror of change and the unknown, our inability to forgive ourselves for our ignorance, and our grief upon abandonment of our false self.
(6) A reunification with the True Self.
We embrace our True Self as an expression of divine love, compassion, joy, and peace, and integrate our mature, actualized personality with our Soul. We become free of self-imposed beliefs, limitations, notions of fixed reality, and collective and scientific laws that inhibit expression of our multi-dimensional sensory capabilities. Accelerated is our own light intensity and subsequent experience of oneness with one another and all creation through the feeling of loving one another as we love ourselves.
We are awakened by our Soul on personal and collective levels to our expression as an evolving conscious being of light, utilizing planetary matter as a vehicle for spiritual transformation of the soul as well as to assist in the spiritual evolution of fundamental matter into higher consciousness and eventual reunification with God's universe of light, color, and sound. We manifest the ability to heal ourselves and to assist others to heal themselves through utilization of universal flow, the flow of on-going creative expression, in co-creative unification with God.
As the false self dissolves, our light being is liberated from the constraints of matter into endless and eternal love, compassion, joy, and ecstasy, assuming our true destiny as co-creator with God and all of God's universe. Consciously, we align ourselves with God's will on all levels, personal and collective, bringing all life forms on earth into a harmonious convergence of a laser beam of light that aligns itself with the light that is God.
Our individuality, devoid of the ego, persists in formlessness, in love and harmony with the Soul, with the intention to assist humanity to work through resistance to the realization of our True Self as a divine expression of light, color, and sound, and to manifest our true origins in the formlessness of the non-physical reality of God's universe. This resistance is composed of the faulty perception of death upon assumption of our true state of formlessness and our attachments to physical form in all its laws and manifestations.
(7) Initiation of the Golden Age of Mankind.
This age will commence through reactivation of the sacred covenant symbolizing the relationship of God and humanity, the sacred covenant being instituted at the inception of the divine Soul into prehistoric humanity. Humanity represents the divine expression of light, color, and sound in physical matter, for the purpose of sharing, expressing, and co-creatively manifesting with the Soul, the Soul being God's emissary with man, possessing all the attributes and qualities of God, namely love, compassion, reverence, truth, power, intelligence, consciousness, perfection, wholeness, joy, ecstasy, peace, limitlessness, immortality, and eternal embrace.
The reactivation of the sacred covenant on the part of humanity will occur through the conscious alignment of our intention on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, to reaffirm our commitment and love for ourselves, our love for one another, thereby affirming our love for God and all of God's realms.
The reaffirmation of the sacred covenant of God and humanity inaugurates the Golden Age of the new era, where mankind lives in peace, harmony, health, and wholeness, in love, compassion and service of his fellow man and all life forms, creatively manifesting the joy, ecstasy, and peace that comes from reunification with the oneness of all of God's creation. The ascension of humanity and planet
Earth into the eternal embrace of God's universe, commiserate with the conscious awareness of our immortality as divine streams of light, color, and sound, shall be greeted in ecstatic celebration throughout all of God's universe. We welcome you.
